This policy explains what information Medic Cleaner (“we”, “us”) collects when you use mediccleaner.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it to what we actually do.

What we collect

Order details — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and what you bought. We need these to fulfil and support your order.
Payment information — card payments are processed by Authorize.net. Your full card number never touches our servers; we see only the last four digits and the transaction result. If you set up a subscription, Authorize.net stores your card securely so we can bill each renewal.
Account information — if you create an account, your login details, saved addresses, order history, and any active subscriptions.
Messages — anything you send through our contact or wholesale forms, or by email.
Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and how you got here, collected automatically through cookies and analytics.

How we use it

To process, ship and support your orders, and to send order confirmations, shipping updates and subscription renewal notices.
To answer your questions and wholesale inquiries.
To prevent fraud and protect the store, including automated fraud screening on payments.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
To send marketing emails only if you’ve subscribed. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click.

Who we share it with

We share data only with services that help us run the store, and only what they need:

Authorize.net — payment processing and subscription billing.
USPS and ShipStation — printing labels and delivering your order.
Cloudways and Cloudflare — hosting, performance and site security.
Google — reCAPTCHA spam protection on forms and checkout.
Klaviyo — email marketing, if you subscribe.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart and login working, to remember your preferences, and to measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart and checkout need them to function.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and warranty purposes. Form messages are kept while we’re helping you and for a reasonable period after. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to you personally.

Your choices and rights

Ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We’ll honour the request unless we’re required to keep the data (for example, tax records of a purchase).
Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
Manage or cancel subscriptions from your account.
Control cookies through your browser settings.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor, and access to order data is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No system is perfectly secure, so if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us right away.

Children

Our products are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and you must be 18 or older to order.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
