These terms cover your use of mediccleaner.com and any purchase you make from Medic Cleaner (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy are part of these terms.

Who can order

  • You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract.
  • You must provide accurate, current information for your order and account, and keep your login details private. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
  • We ship to addresses in the United States. See the Shipping Policy.

Products and use

Medic Cleaner products are cleaning solutions for glass, quartz and metal smoking accessories. Use them as directed on the label: in a ventilated area, away from heat and open flame, and never ingest. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Product images are for illustration; bottle sizes in marketing images may be exaggerated for visibility.

Orders and payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship, and our confirmation email is a receipt of your order, not acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock problems, and will refund anything you’ve paid.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes, which are shown before you confirm payment.
  • We try hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate. If we find an error on an order you’ve placed, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
  • Payment is taken at checkout by card through Authorize.net. We don’t see or store your full card number.

Subscriptions

  • Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically at the interval you choose and are billed to your saved card at the subscription price shown when you sign up.
  • You can skip, pause or cancel any time from your account. Changes made before a renewal is processed take effect immediately; a renewal already processed ships as normal.
  • We’ll email you before each renewal. If a renewal payment fails we’ll retry and let you know; the subscription may be put on hold until payment succeeds.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Handled under our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package; we’ll help you with the carrier if a package goes missing.

Wholesale

Wholesale pricing and terms are agreed separately with approved retailers and take precedence over these consumer terms for wholesale orders.

Our content

Everything on the site — text, photos, logos, product names and design — belongs to Medic Cleaner or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use. Don’t copy, sell or reuse our content, or frame the site, without written permission. Linking to our home page is fine.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no hacking, scraping, spam, malware, false orders or anything that interferes with other customers or our systems. We may block access for misuse.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties about the site, and our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us for any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

General

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
  • If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • These terms, with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement between us for the site and your orders. We can update them; the date at the top shows the current version.
